There’s no clear boundary between Five and Four. Fours with Five-wings are virtually indistinguishable from Fives with Four-wings. For instance, the very popular Eclectic Energies test (eclecticenergies.com) gives this as a summary of the Five-Four distinction:
“Intellectual Fours tend to mistakenly type themselves as Fives, and a heavy wing can certainly exacerbate this tendency. Fours, however, unlike Fives, tend to be self-revealing and comfortable with emotional expression.”
