Why is it difficult to type ourselves and others correctly? After all, there are dozens of good books and even some reputable tests on that subject. And why do even veteran typers and experts at times disagree?
Aside from faulty information or lack of objectivity about the subject, typing is made tricky because of at least two additional conditions: ego’s survival ability and the common confusion between what constitutes type and what does not.
