Musing about the Enneagram the other day, I began to play with the idea that it is a “map” of human personality: a treasure map. What happens, 1 asked myself, if I “dig” at the Enneagram spot which marks my type? Dig deep down into the very core of the type? Is there gold buried somewhere beneath, as at the end of a rainbow?
