Letters Issue 61 May 2000

Judith Searle’s article on Type Two (“The Lover”) in the April 2000 edition of the EM was wonderful—it helped me to get into that type’s worldview even more deeply. I have always been a big fan of using film and literature and the media as a way to learn about type, and I believe that her work in this area is contributing to the field tremendously. I have to admit, I still mistype Twos quite often, and can always use reminding of famous exemplars to keep myself on track.
