In this month’s Conversation, Kirby Olson mentioned an enneagram test I created and said he’d like to know how I developed it. He also wondered aloud how other people developed their enneagram tests and invited responses by any interested parties. I think this is an excellent question and hope it elicits a lively response. There are a number of tests to ascertain type (and more recently, subtype) and I think it would be a great idea if people who have come up with such tests talked...
